Costume Policy
Due to the nature of our business,
once payment has been made:
All Sales are Final
No exchanges or switching of sections
No costume transfers
No returns or refunds
All costumes must be collected within the designated collection period, unless alternate arrangements have been pre-approved by the band.
Costumes remain the property of NOVA Mas International until full payment is received and collection is completed.
Final balance is due before distribution starts.
NOVA Mas International reserves the right to use our discretion where appropriate.
